MY STORY

My name is Maggie, nicknamed Elle Piranha after my aggressive, resilient racing style and my love for marine life. A 21 year old from beautiful Maple Ridge, BC, Canada,  I began racing bikes when I was 8 years old, and started in a discipline called cyclocross. I now specialise in track, where I race for the Canadian National Team, and road, representing UCI Team DNA Pro Cycling.

If I'm not on my bike, I can be found on my yoga mat, where I'm working on my yoga teaching certificate. I take online university courses, with the goal of studying Marine Veterinary Medicine post-cycling. Riding horses and empowering other women to be the most successful, confident versions of themselves are other important passions of mine!
